    Come stop by the coffee shop at 40 Acres in Oak Park. So I decided to try a couple of their seasonal drinks like their Lavender Latte and Banana Cream Latte. Both were incredibly flavorful! The Lavender Latte had just the right hint of floral without being overpowering, and the Banana Cream Latte was smooth, creamy, and delicious. To top it off, I picked up an oatmeal cookie, and let me tell you, I got creative. I ended up dunking the cookie into the drinks, and the combination was *amazing*! The slight chewiness of the cookie with the comforting flavors of the lattes made it a perfect pairing. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff make this spot a go-to for anyone looking for unique seasonal drinks and delicious treats. I'll definitely be back for more!

    Came out to Old Soul to support our family members artwork being displayed for the month of August. The vibe out here is so welcoming, fun, and alive! Could've been because it was a Friday night but it was just what we were looking for. We arrived after 6pm and unfortunately their kitchen was closed. They were still serving pastries in their display case and making drinks. Although it was late in the evening I couldn't skip ordering a drink of some type of coffee. I ordered the Banana Cream Latte. This was magnificent! I was afraid it'd be on the sweeter side and it wasn't! The cream has a hint of sweetness, banana chips on top to drive home the banana flavor, and the cinnamon is always a delicious touch. All in all, service, drink, and ambiance were on point. Highly recommend trying out Old Soul when in the area!
